We provide free delivery to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. This service uses Australia Post and usually takes 1-2 weeks for you to receive your order.
Need your condoms extra quick?
We also have an express option available using DHL Express, which normally takes 2-4 working days. If you choose this option, we’ll also jump your order to the front of our production queue to get them printed and on their way to you as quickly as possible.
Please note all orders are shipped from our HQ over in the UK. But don’t worry – we ship to Australia every day and it’s a suprisingly easy and smooth process. Orders over $1000 can attract customs fees, however we will send with duties paid, so you won’t have any hidden costs.
Due to the customised nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are received damaged or faulty, or with any printing issues due to our error.
If you need to make a return please don’t hesitate to get in touch. It needs to be within 30 days of receiving your order.
